How can I pay?

Payment can be made using your credit card or bank account through Paypal.  You do not need to have an account with Paypal to do this.   We also accept Bank Transfer in addition to Credit Card payments over the phone.

Is there a minimum order? 

No

Do you have a shop? 

Yes.  Beadoire is located at 143 Bay Terrace, Wynnum Brisbane.

Do you sell wholesale?

Beadoire is a retail outlet only.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be despatched either on the same day of receipt of order or the next business day.  The time it takes to reach you will depend on the postage option selected.

What should I do if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?

Contact Beadoire immediately to discuss the problem.  A solution will be made at that time that relates to the item purchased.   Refunds are not given for ‘change of mind’ purchases.

Do any of the items come with a guarantee? 

All watches come with a 12 month Warranty.
